RETURNS POLICY

SECTION 1 - 120 NIGHT TRIAL

Many SleepX customers sleep happily from day one. Some take a little longer. Our 120 Night Trial ensures you have plenty of time to trial your new mattress.
However, if you’re not totally happy, you may return your mattress for a full refund or exchange it for a different feel.

Getting used to a new mattress takes time, which is why we ask that you have slept on your SleepX mattress for a minimum of 21 days before requesting a refund.

 

SECTION 2 - 30 NIGHT TRIAL

SleepX mattress toppers and pillows come with a 30 Night Trial.
This means that if you’re not 100% happy with your topper or pillow, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange it for a different size or feel.

Getting used to a new mattress topper or pillow takes time, which is why we ask that you have slept on your SleepX item for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a refund.

 

SECTION 3 - RETURNS

Should you want to return your SleepX product, simply contact our customer service team who will help organise a pick up. SleepX covers any shipping costs involved with the return of item. Please note all collections are during business hours. If you cannot be home for pickup, you can leave your product in a safe, undercover location along with the completed pickup form and we will collect it. All failed pickup attempts will be charged to the purchaser at the full price.

There is no need to keep any boxes or repackage your mattress or mattress topper. However, pillows should be returned in the SleepX bag provided.

Once your item has been collected, a full refund will be issued. Please allow 2-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please note you will not be granted a return or refund if the product is damaged or has mould, dirt, stains or tears resulting from poor care and/or handling. This applies even if your product is within the 30 or 120 Night Trial.

In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for any difference in pricing.

Unfortunately, charities don’t accept used bedding products, so where possible, all SleepX returns will be recycled at a local Soft Landing depot.

Please note the 30 and 120 Night Trials are limited to two per household.

SleepX has never and will never re-sell a product which has been returned to us.

 

SECTION 4 - DAMAGED GOODS UPON ARRIVAL

If your SleepX product arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@sleepx.com.au. In your email, please provide your order number, a description of the damage/fault, and a picture of the damaged item removed from its packaging. Upon receipt of your email, a customer service representative will assist you with replacing your product.
